Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are based on your lovely location.
Per our shipping policy, we are not responsible for orders that were not delivered correctly due to a shipping address being entered incorrectly at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, there is no action that we can take at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We suggest contacting the package carrier in regards to this! If your order is still in transit, you may be able to redirect the package through the package carrier.
If this package is returned to our warehouse, we will be able to reship it for you. At that time, our team will contact you for updated shipping information.
We unfortunately can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
We only accept returns within 30 days of purchase, and only for products that are in new condition in their original, intact packaging.
Please note that any shipping costs on the original order will not be refunded for returned items.

We are not able to offer exchanges at this time. You may return your order for a refund and place a new order.
