RETURNS
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
We only accept returns within 30 days of purchase, and only for products that are in new condition in their original, intact packaging.
Please note that any shipping costs on the original order will not be refunded for returned items.
EXCHANGES
We are not able to offer exchanges at this time. You may return your order for a refund and place a new order.
